Warranty Replacement

Ellectro Home LLC is committed to selling high-quality products. We guarantee that all our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the specified warranty period.

 

1. Standard Product Warranty

 

All products sold by Ellectro Home LLC are covered by a standard limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

2. Warranty Claim Process (Replacement)

 

If a product develops a fault within the warranty period, please follow these steps to initiate a claim for replacement:

1. Contact Us: Email us at contact@ellectrohome.shop and title your email "Warranty Claim."

2. Provide Information: Include your original order number, the product name/SKU, and a detailed description of the fault (including photos or video if possible).

3. Assessment: We will review your claim and may require you to send the item back to our facility for inspection.

   • Return Shipping: If the item is confirmed to be defective under warranty, we will provide a prepaid return label and cover all associated shipping costs for the faulty item.

4. Resolution (Replacement): If the product is confirmed to be defective and covered by the warranty, we will:

   • Send you a brand-new replacement unit at no extra cost.

   • If the exact product is out of stock, we will offer a comparable replacement model or a full refund of the original purchase price.

 

3. Exclusions from Warranty

 

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modification.

• Damage caused by connection to improper voltage supply.

• Damage from cosmetic issues such as scratches, dents, or chipping caused by normal use.

• Loss or theft of the product.

 

4. Warranty for Repaired/Replaced Products

 

Any product that is repaired or replaced under this warranty will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.
